What balloons do you offer?
We specialize in air and helium filled balloons. Our displays consist of many styles, sizes, and shapes of latex and foil balloons. We offer columns, arches, mosaics, garlands, balloon walls, hoops, centerpieces, and topiaries.
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, we ask for a 40% non-refundable retainer to secure your requested services. If services are requested less than fourteen (14) days before your event date, 100% of the total price will be required to secure services. The retainer is used to purchase supplies for your personalized display.
How do I place an order?
The best way to start an order is to complete the form above. Please provide as many details as possible. We will review your information, then send you an invoice and service agreement. Your date will be secured once we receive the 40% non-refundable retainer.
What is a service agreement?
A service agreement is a written and signed confirmation of the exact services we will provide for you in exchange for your payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation, we ask to be notified at least seventy two (72) hours before the event date and at that time any payment received above the deposit will be returned. If cancellation occurs less than seventy two (72) hours before the event date, all payments previously paid will be forfeited.
What precautions do you have in place for COVID-19?
We take COVID-19 very seriously and have several precautions in place to protect our clients as well as ourselves. We wear face coverings and gloves during all installations and contact with clients. We also regularly disinfect equipment. Cleaning wipes, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant sprays are standard supplies for us.
What are your prices? Why don’t you have them listed?
Our balloon services start at $55 and incorporate a wide variety of options. Since we personalize your balloons, the prices are specific to the balloon design requested. However, listed below are starting prices for a few basic designs.

How soon can I get my balloons?
We ask for at least five (5) days to prepare your personalized balloons. If balloons are needed on short notice, there may be an Expedited Surcharge to grant your requests.
Where are you located? How and how can I get my balloons?
We are a mobile business, currently serving Memphis, TN, and surrounding Mid-South areas. Standard delivery is available up to 20 miles for $10. There is an additional $10 added to each delivery with travel beyond the 20 miles. Grab and Go is a quick pick-up option for smaller orders that can fit in your vehicle. Grab and Go is available by appointment. Custom installations are available for orders over $200.
How long should my balloons last?
This mainly depends on where the balloons are displayed. Balloons displayed indoors can last over one week because they are not exposed to elements such as sunlight, rain, and wind. Sunlight changes the texture and appearance of balloons, making them more likely to pop. When possible, balloons for outdoor displays are pre-treated to help them keep their shine. Extreme heat causes balloons to expand, which also increases the chance of them popping. Balloons displayed outdoors can usually last several hours.
